Yuchai high-efficiency energy-saving environmental internal combustion engine national engineering laboratory passed the acceptance

After two years of construction, the\"Efficient Energy Saving Environmental Engineering National Engineering Laboratory Construction\" under the Yuchai Group has been completed, on July 15, successfully passed the acceptance of the national expert group. At this point, the high-standard R & D platform in China's internal combustion engine industry was born in Yuchai.

\"Efficient Energy-saving Environmental Engineering National Engineering Laboratory\" is an engineering laboratories that the domestic internal combustion engine industry has been recognized and licensed. The laboratory is based on the urgent needs of the internal combustion engine industry to improve the combustion efficiency of internal combustion engine, reducing emissions, etc., which is built, and the development of advanced R & D bases, results transformation and engineering application platform for internal combustion engine industries.

The construction site of this project is divided into Yulin Base and Nanning Base and the project total investment budget is 9.24 million yuan. The project added equipment 158 ​​sets, mainly introduced high-efficient equipment in Germany, Austria, Japan and other countries. After construction, the engine test bench is increased by more than 50, and the number of climbers ranks in China. The test power section is fully covered with micro, light, medium and heavy engines, and has the same country V, European VI, Tier 3 (Diesel Engine for Non-Road Mobile Machinery) The test capability of the engine and can carry out the special test of 16 more than 80 parts of components, and the test capacity reaches the industry leader.

The laboratory gathered 12 domestic and international automotive industries and its related industries, experts, professors, and research and development personnel, including 28 experts, 101 master students, 336 undergraduates.

In the next 3 years, the laboratory will carry out research and development work in the field of new concept combustion systems, emission control, hybrid, and use fuel combustion, research and development of a series of autonomous, internationally advanced high-efficiency environmentally-burning machine products and technologies.
