3. Fill the oil in the oil housing to the prescribed oil surface position.
4. Fill the coolant in the cooling system, and turn on the water source for the use of open circulation cooling system.
5. Fill the oil in the governor to the specified oil plane to the fuel injection pump.
6. The specified grease should be injected with the butter mouth.
7. Press the fuel system with the fuel oil pump, and to the fuel-in-air screw or the deflation screw on the fuel filter, exclude the air in the fuel system until The fuel-free bubbles that are unflowing in the air will be tightened after passing the air. Then continue the pump oil, until the backlanting tube has a backward, turn the hand pump.
8. Loosen the high pressure tubing nut on each cylinder injector, place the speedometer handle in the diesel engine operation, turn the diesel engine, and discharge the air in each high pressure oil.
9, the diesel engine equipped with a pre-conducing oil pump should first start the pre-supply oil pump, and must not exceed 30s each time. If the operation is not required, it should be stopped after 30s, until the oil pressure gauge reaches 196.2 ~ 294.3 KPA.
10. The crankshaft 3 to 5 turns should be rotated before starting for a new machine or a diesel engine that is not used for more than 5 days.
11. For the usual parking as an emergency diesel engine, it can be operated quickly when it is in an emergency, during the parquet period, starting at once every 3 to 5 days, and the oil temperature reaches 60 degrees.
