DC generators are at 80-90 degrees in normal operation, and if this temperature is exceeded, the DC generator can be damaged. The main reason for the temperature rise of DC generators has mainly used:
1, drive belt adjustment is too tight
2. The closing contacts on the regulator are bonded to enable the current of the battery to flow into the DC generator.
3, the regulator and the DC generator are not connected to the DC generator, resulting in a long-term high-speed voltage of the DC generator;
4, line iron, so that the DC generator has long loaded work;
5, the magnetic field coil has local short circuit phenomenon
6, magnetic field coil and magnetic pole have a long time
7, bearing lubrication, mechanical partial assembly is not suitable
8, DC generator ventilation cooling conditions deteriorate
