The water temperature requirements of diesel generators have clear provisions, but some operators like to adjust the water temperature, and some are close to the lower limit of the water temperature, and some are less than the lower limit. They believe that the water temperature is low, there is no resistance in the pump, and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and there is an insurance factor in use. In fact, the water temperature does not occur without more than 95 ° C, and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted. Conversely, if the water temperature is too low, the work of diesel engines is extremely harmful. First, the temperature is low, the combustion conditions of the cylinder have deteriorated, the fuel is poor, the burning period of the fire is growing, and the engine work is prone to rude, and the damage of the crankshaft bearing, the piston ring and other parts are damaged, the power decreases, and the economy is reduced.
Second, the burning water is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, resulting in metal corrosion. The third is to combustible diesel may dilute the oil to make the lubrication. Fourth, the fuel combustion is not complete and forms a colloid, so that the piston ring card is in the piston ring tank, the valve is tested, and the pressure in the cylinder is lowered during the compression. Many operators do not want the diesel generators to work with the speed, they believe that the generator speed is low, no failure.
