Troubleshooting method:
1. Remove the diesel generator high-pressure oil pump back oil screw, press the right hand to press the oil pump piezoelectric, and the amount of oil is in line with the requirements, but there are more impurities from the diesel flowing from the filter. Disassemble the filter, check whether the diesel filter is blocked, and the diesel filter has been discovered that the diesel filter has more, the diesel filter has been lost. 2. Remove the diesel generator filter oil return screw, press the oil pump, and find that the oil pump is fine and sealed.
3. Remove the high pressure oil pump side cover, unscrew the fixed nut of 4 high-pressure tubes, use a flat screwdriver to shake the plunger, observe whether the cylinder is oil, check the plunger and oil valve, and the result is normal. Diesel generators should be difficult when the diesel generator combustion is difficult, and this diesel generator is easy to start, and it should not be a problem of air leakage, valve gap or oil supply advance angle.
4. Remove the oil pump, check the roller and rod of the oil pump, find that the rollers enters the top rod sleeve, the position of the two lock pieces is 90 °, the roller is killed, and it cannot be turned back and forth, resulting in the diesel generator start The post-oil pump cannot work.
5. Adjust the relative position of the two locking pieces, install the oil pump and the oil pipe screws, high pressure no tube with the high pressure oil pump. Start diesel generators, observe no stop after half an hour, the fault is excluded.
