1. Preparation before booting

4 Check if the diesel oil shell and the injector pump are sufficient.

6 Check all electrical parts, each contact should be firm and correct, the automatic air switch should be in the \"disconnection \" location, check whether the battery can work properly and pay attention to the start system is generally negative.
7 When the unit is intermittent, it must first use a 500V megapherometer to measure the insulation resistance of the generator's windings and control system on the ground. 2, boot step
1 Release the deflation screw on the injection pump, exclude the air within the fuel system with a fuel hand, while securing the adjustment control handle in the throttle position suitable for starting the speed.
2 Press the generator start button to activate the diesel engine, such as 10 seconds (up to 15 seconds)

4 After the diesel generator is started, the no-load speed gradually increases to 1000-1200r / min, (note that the long-term low speed operation), after the diesel engine's preheating process, the speed is increased to the rated speed. The full load operation is allowed when the water temperature reaches 55 ° C, and the oil temperature reaches 45 ° C.
5 When the instrument is indicated in the unit, it can be incorporated with the load switch to the load, and the frequency and voltage should be adjusted in time, if the frequency and voltage are not within the specified range, it should be adjusted in time to keep the rated value, strictly forbidden The unit is loaded under low speed to avoid damage to the equipment.
