1 Use the inductive heater (other heater is not suitable) to heat the bearing and the bearing assembly to a higher temperature of 80 degrees.
2 Place the bearing and the bearing assembly on the shaft and slide in, and push the bearing complete and the bearing mounting axis shoulder.
3 Rotate the components (connected bearing inner ring) to each 45 degrees to ensure that the coaxial degree is installed. The bearing must be tightly secured to the position until the assembly is sufficient to cool and can be self-locking it.
4 non-drive end-mounting elastic retaining circuit (only for single bearing) and wave gasket
5 put the bearing on the bearing seat
6 turn the bearing assembly to ensure free rotation
7 Reinstall the end and permanent magnet generators.
Note: Before installing the end cap, you should ensure that the bearing housing is thorough to the ambient temperature.
