In daily maintenance, what should be maintained for the starter to lose weight?
1. Maintenance of brush and electric brush holder
The height of the brush is generally about 20 mm, and if the amount of wear is less than 1/2 of the original height, the new brush of the same model should be replaced. After replacing the new brush, ensure that the contact area of ​​the brush work surface and the entire stream is above 75%, and the card resistance is not allowed within the electric brush holder. If the contact surface does not meet the technical requirements, the brush work surface can be studied on the surface of the refractive surface with a fine sandpaper pad, and it is circular. The fixing screw of the brush wire is to be tightened, and there is no loose phenomenon.
2. Maintenance of the armature
When the armature coil occurs, when the short circuit, the disconnection and the hierarch are detected, the multimeter electrical barrier is detected. The rectifier surface should have no defects such as bleeding, scratches, pits and mica-raised projections. Applying gasoline to cleanse the pollin on the surface of the whole flow, it is necessary to re-welder with tin soldering for the loose joint. If there is more severe burnt, wear and scratches in the surface of the truffle, it can be repaired or replaced according to the specific situation when the surface is not smooth or disabled. The mating gap between the outer end of the armature and the bearing bushing should be controlled in the range of 0.04-0.05 mm. If the measured gap value exceeds 0.15 mm, the new bushing should be replaced.
3. Magnetic field maintenance
After the magnetic field coil is damaged, it can be used to detect its working conditions. The magnetic pole core is loose, the coil is loose or due to the damage, and the old insulation can be slightly treated, and the insulation processing can be re-incorporated by the band. In the inspection, if there is a circuit, a coil is found, generally replace the new coil or rewind.
4. Maintenance of the rear end cover
There are two insulating resistances in the four brushes in the rear end cover, and the insulation resistance value between the other 2 and the cover body, the insulation resistance between adjacent 2 wires should be greater than 0.5 megahm. If the insulation value Small, it should be identified.
5. Maintenance of the drive mechanism
For the drive mechanism, it is generally checked whether the fork is damaged, the torque spring is broken, the crack or elasticity is reduced, whether the gear is damaged, and whether the movement on the shaft is flexible.
6. Removal and maintenance of electromagnetic switches (or magnetic switches)
(1) Removal of electromagnetic switches
Use a 20W-to-iron soldering spot solder, then unscrew the fixed screw, and remove the movable contact.
(2) Maintenance of electromagnetic switches
The movable contact of the electromagnetic switch and the surface of the two static contacts should be smooth, and there is no burnt damage. If there is burning and incompetent, fine sand paper is flattened. The height of the two static contacts should be consistent to prevent the appearance of adverse contact.
Using a multimeter-eatency blocking checking the pulveration coil and keeping the coil has a circuit and short circuit, in normal case, the resistance of the absorber coil should be between 0.6-0.8 ohms, and the resistance of the maintenance coil should be between 0.8-1.0 ohms. . If the measured resistance is too large or too small, it should be found.
