Judgment Diesel Generator AVR Fault Method

During the maintenance of diesel generators, due to the restriction of the on-site demonstration, the repair tool is constrained, and sometimes the brushless generator AVR voltage regulator is good or bad. Brushless generator AVR has trouble-free judgment tips:
(When the brushless generator does not generate electricity, it is impossible to determine whether it is a judgment method caused by AVR failure)
1: Open the brushless generator AVR shield, unplug the F1 and F2 plugins on the AVR.
2: Use two left and right power cords, one end is connected to 12V positive and negative connections, and the other end is connected to the excitation coils F1 and F2. Note the battery positive electrode connection F1, the negative electrode connection F2.
3: Open the startup power switch, start the diesel generator to 1500 to observe the changes in the voltage and frequency of the generator.
4: If the voltage is raised as the diesel generator speed, the voltage is raised, and the voltage is 400V when the generator speed is 50 Hz. Therefore, it is judged that the brush-free generator AVR is damaged, resulting in no power generation, shifting the electric motor AVR. Conversely, when the diesel generator speed changes, the voltage and frequency has not changed to determine whether the generator does not generate electricity is not a AVR fault. Check maintenance from other paths.
