(1) Correctly use the closed cooling system
Most of the modern diesel engine uses a closed cooling system, and the heat sink cover is sealed and an expansion tank is added. When the engine is working, the coolant steam enters the expansion water tank, and then flows back the heat sink after cooling to prevent a large amount of evaporation of the coolant and increase the boiling temperature of the coolant. The cooling system should use high quality coolant with anti-corrosion, anti-boiling, antifreeze and slurry, and must be sealed in use to receive the effect.

(2) Keep the external and internal cleaning of the cooling system
This is one of the important conditions for improving heat dissipation performance. Exterior of the heat sink is dipped, the oil or heat sink is deformed by the collision, and the heat is passed, the heat sink is wet, resulting in too high of the coolant temperature. Therefore, it is found that this happens in the generator sets should be cleaned or trimmed in time. In addition, when the generator sets have dimaling, mud or oil in the water tank, affect the heat transfer of the coolant. Adding inferior coolant or water will cause a more intensive intensity, while the heat transfer capacity of scale is only one-third of the metal, thereby deterioration in the cooling effect. Therefore, high quality coolant should be added in the cooling system.

(3) Maintaining the cooling liquid When the engine is in a cold state, the coolant surface should be added between the ZUI high and Zui low flag of the expansion water tank if the liquid surface is lower than the ZUI low flag of the expansion tank. Note that the coolant in the expansion water tank cannot be filled, and there should be an expansion.

(4) Keep the fan tape
The fan tape is too loose, which is low in the pump speed, affects the cycle of the coolant, and accelerate the wear of the tape. However, the tape is too tight, and the pump bearing is worn. In addition, the tape cannot be stained with oil. Therefore, the tension of the adjustment of the fan tape should be regularly checked.

(5) Avoiding a large load of diesel generator sets, when the time is too long, when the engine load is large, the temperature of the coolant is too high.
