(1) Correctly use the closed cooling system
Modern automotive engines are closed by a closed cooling system, and the heat sink cover is sealed and an expansion tank is added. When the engine is working, the coolant steam enters the expansion water tank, and then flows back the heat sink after cooling to prevent a large amount of evaporation of the coolant and increase the boiling temperature of the coolant. The cooling system should use high quality coolant with anti-corrosion, anti-boiling, antifreeze and slurry, and must be sealed in use to receive the effect.
(2) Keep the external and internal cleaning of the cooling system
This is one of the important conditions for improving heat dissipation performance. Exterior of the heat sink is dipped, the oil or heat sink is deformed by the collision, and the heat is passed, the heat sink is wet, resulting in too high of the coolant temperature. The fan belt is too loose, so that the pump speed is too low, affect the cycle of the coolant, and will accelerate the wear of the belt. However, the belt is too tight and the pump bearing is worn. In addition, there is no oil on the belt. Therefore, the tension of the fan belt should be adjusted regularly. When checking, press the middle of the belt with the thumb, as shown in Figure 2, the force of about 98n. If the belt deflection is about 10-15 mm, it indicates that the fan belt is tensioned. Otherwise, adjustments should be given. When adjusting, you can move the generator positioning bolt position to change the belt tension. If the new fan belt is replaced, the belt deflection is approximately 8-10 mm.
(5) Avoid the engine load in large load working hours, the temperature of the coolant is too high. For example, some of the powered diesel generators increase the throttle for Dora, and some diesel engines make air-conditioning for a long time, etc., it is easy to cause engine \"cooker \" phenomenon. Therefore, in order to prevent too high of the engine temperature, it should be exchanged in time to replace the engine load.
