Reasons and treatment methods for excessive voltage of diesel generator sets:
1. Cause: The speed is too high. Processing: Reduce the turbine moisture wing opening, reducing the speed.
2. Cause: The split reactor core is too large. Treatment: Change the thickness of the electrical instrument core gasket and adjust the air gap.
3. Cause: Magnetic field varistor short circuit; pressure regulation failure. Processing: Find a short road point and eliminate it.
4. Cause: Generator accident speed. Processing: Emergency stop for accident processing.

Reasons and treatment of high diesel generator sets:
1. The original motivation speed is too low. Treatment: Adjust the original motive speed to the rated value.
2, the excitation circuit resistance is too large. Processing: Reduce the resistance of the magnetic field varistor to increase the excitation current. For semiconductor excitation generators, check whether the additional winding joint is broken or wrong.
3, excitation machine is not in the neutral line position, processing: or the spring pressure is too small. Tune the electrical brush to the correct position, replace the brush, adjust the spring pressure.
4. Some rectifier diodes are broken. Treatment: Check, replace the broken diode.
5, a short circuit or ground fault in the stator winding or excitation winding. Processing: Check the fault and clear it.
6, the brush contact surface is too small, insufficient pressure, poor contact. Processing: If the surface of the commutator is not only caused, the surface of the shifter can be used at low speed, and the spring pressure is adjusted.
