At this point, it is not difficult to see from colleagues, it is not difficult to see, everyone thinks, this is a plus \"fudge \". Subsequently, we launched the unit. Under the difficult drive of the start motor, the unit is started. After starting, in addition to the oil leak, leakage, after the unit is pressurized, the leak is even more powerful; the snow is added to the ground, the unit bed is on the left side, the second cylinder head , The second and third cylinder heads of the right side are the same, and it is no wonder that when the unit is working, he listens from the sound and appears to be pale. In addition, since the cooling water is constantly being lost, the unit is turned on, and it is necessary to constantly supplement the water. After confirming that the seepage and leaks, we didn't hurry to work, but first made a careful analysis, discussion, according to the actual situation of the unit, determine the sequence of plugs: leakage → leakage → oil leakage, first easy Specific measures are: fastening or replacing seals; repairing or replacing damaged components; adding sealants. After the program is determined, colleagues shake spirits, launch tools, accessories, and start working. First resolve the leak problem, remove the cylinder bed, replace the cylinder mattress, re-seal; then solve the problem of leakage, remove the temperature valve, water pipe fittings, replace the warming valve and rubber water pipe, re-seal; resolve oil leakage problems, Sealing, fastening and replacing damaged components. It is easy to say, it is difficult to do, deal with a ton of heavy iron, not spending some strength. It is only to take all kinds of bolts that have been tossing us to be sore, and there are many technical difficulties. After nearly four hours of tension, the plugging is basically completed, how is the effect is still unknown, and it is already coming at night. At the same time, it also bits the teeth to wipe the unit clean, prepare the test, and observe the effect of plugging. With a crisp roar, the generator sets started. We have observed a period of time, leak, leakage problems in the unit, and the problem of oil leakage has also been solved. Only high pressure oil pumps, float fuel tanks and hand oil pumps are also invested. It was already 8:00 pm. Everyone has a bowl of instant noodles, and it is in tight work. After repeated sealing, repairing, until midnight, the three leakage problems of the unit is fully resolved, although the colleagues have been exhausted but still reveal the smile. Later, according to the local room staff: Due to oil leakage, the 1000 liters of fuel tanks have been leaking in two months. Later, I invited the agricultural machinery personnel, not only the problem was not solved, but it was more serious, this time finally solved!
