Diesel generator lubricating filter and air filter replacement method

Our company's technical service department tells you how to replace the lubricating oil filter and air cleans of diesel generators.

1. It is clear which part of the unit in the unit;

2. Remove all lubricating oil filters with a suitable filter wrench;

3, clear the cover of the base of the filter, ensuring that there is no sealed residue on its base;

4. Shine a layer of diesel engine lubricating oil on the sealing ring of the new filter;

5, install a new lubricating oil filter. Two new filters should be tightened from 1/2 to 3/4 laps after their sealing surface is in contact. Air filter should tighten 3/4 to 1 lap after contact with its sealing surface;

6, add a lubricant, start the engine and run 20-30 seconds;

7, stop, check the lubricant oil level, and add lubricants;

8. Check the sealing of the lubricant filter.

Warning Tip: High temperature lubricating oil will cause serious burns!
