The working conditions of the diesel engine can be checked by the following method during idle operation:

(2) When the diesel engine is working fine, the exhaust gas discharged is light gray, and the load is slightly long. If the black gas is discharged, it means that the combustible gas is burning is not complete. Blue smoke, indicating that the lubricant enters the cylinder burn. The white smoke is explained that there is water in the diesel engine, and the combustible gas is not burned and also white. The exhaust pipe continuously discharges abnormal colors, indicating that the individual cylinders are not working properly.
(3) Method: The initial stage after the start of the diesel engine (the exhaust pipe temperature is very high after working, and it will be burned with hand.\"The temperature of the exhaust pipe can be identified. If the temperature of each cylinder exhaust pipe is higher than other cylinders, the cylinder is high; if the temperature is low, the cylinder is less supplied, or no injection, or no combustion or not burning after the injection.
(4) Pulse method: Tightened the high pressure oil tube with hands, the pulsation of the injector, the pulsation is small, the sound is weak, and the low temperature is low. The outbreak sound is abnormal and the temperature is high as the injector fuel injection oil pressure, the injection is poor, or it cannot be promptly fired and completely burning. The pulsation is large, the sound is strong, and the high temperature is too large. The sound of weak sound and the temperature is low as the injector hole or needle valve card.
(5) Fracture oil method: In order to accurately determine where there is a fault, the high-pressure tube can be cut off-by-cylindrical oil pipe to the injector oil, that is, stop working to observe the changes in the working conditions of diesel engine. When cutting a cylinder oil, if the diesel engine speed and the sound are not changed or changed, the cylinder is normal. If the break is broken, when the black smoke is disconnected, the fault phenomenon disappears when the oil passage of a cylinder is cut, and the fault is in the cylinder.
