When the engine starts, when the start system is intact, if the transmission is placed in the neutral position, press the start switch, the starter has a sound, and the crankshaft cannot be rotated, it belongs to a mechanical failure. The causes and diagnostic and repair methods that cause the engine crankshaft cannot be rotated as described below.

1 The starter is incompatible with the flywheel tooth. The ring gear and the starter gear will hit when the engine is started, causing dental damage or single-sided wear of the teeth. If the teeth are less damaged or wear, the starter gear and the ring gear teeth are difficult to mesh.

2 adhesive cylinder. When the engine temperature is too high, the parking is turned off, and the heat is difficult to scatter. The piston ring at high temperature is adherored to the cylinder, and it cannot be started after cooling.

3 Crankshaft is killed. Because the lubrication fault or the mushroom oil causes the sliding bearing to dry friction, it is unable to start the crankshaft.
